Our role and service boundaries
PSX Investors is an education, market-research, and investor-support service. We help people understand the Pakistan Stock Exchange, prepare for account opening, and consider questions about goals, risk, time horizon, and investment decisions. We may provide general research, examples, commentary, and non-discretionary guidance based on the information available at the time.
PSX Investors is not a bank, investment fund, mutual fund, portfolio manager, securities broker, exchange, clearing house, custodian, or deposit-taking institution. We do not receive or hold client money or securities, operate your brokerage account, place or execute trades, provide custody or settlement, or make decisions on your behalf. Account opening and regulated brokerage services are provided separately by the relevant partner under its own terms.
Nothing on this website authorises us to perform regulated securities-advisory activity where a licence or other legal authorisation is required. Any service that could constitute regulated advice will only be provided where legally permitted and properly authorised. If you need regulated personal investment advice, confirm the provider's licence and scope before relying on it.
Your decisions and account terms
You are responsible for deciding whether an investment is suitable for you, carrying out your own research, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, and approving any trade. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity and communications
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse PSX Investors for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person's rights. Communications through WhatsApp, email, telephone, or social media may be delayed, intercepted, misdirected, or unavailable; do not send passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identity or financial documents through an unverified channel.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
