PSX Investors provides stock brokerage and investment advisory services. We are a licensed member of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). We facilitate trading in equities and provide investment guidance to our clients.
Account Opening
To use our services, you must complete our account opening process, which includes providing accurate personal information, submitting required documentation, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
No Financial Advice
Information provided through our website and services is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Client Responsibilities

Fees and Charges

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSX Investors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or investments made based on our recommendations. This includes losses due to market volatility, technical issues, or third-party actions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you must settle all outstanding obligations. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms or regulatory requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
